CAST is seeking to engage an energetic and experienced ceramic artist or technician as a freelance consultant to set up and run our new ceramics studio. This consultancy will involve advising on the fit-out of the space and on purchase and installation of specialist equipment, and working on site to establish the studio. CAST will pay a fee of £1,000 per month for up to ten months and will support the selected candidate to develop relationships with the local and artistic community and to use their expertise to devise a viable and sustainable business model.
